Collection < UNDER THE SEA > was created in the year 2017.
This collection took 10 months to complete.
It travelled across the world and eventually accomplished in London, England.
< UNDER THE SEA > presents a relationship between the ocean and human,
and difference of understanding caused by various education environment.
系列《 沉入海底 》 是2017年創作的。
這個系列耗時10個月, 跨越了半個地球,最終在英國倫敦完成。
《 沉入海底 》 講述的是關於海洋與人類的關系 ,
以及通過教育的傳承造成不同的世界觀。
But at the other end of the world.
Japan, where whaling is a historical and cultural tradition,
is still hunting unscrupulously to kill these endangered species every year.
the JARPA project is presented by the country to hunt 1,000 whales a year
in the open sea of the Antarctic under the name of "scientific research".
Some primary schools have set students to visit the whale slaughterhouse.
Pupils watched the process of whaling and
whale meat burgers is prepared for lunch.
The little yellow hat is sharing similarity with the those fishermen hat.
但在世界的另壹頭,
視捕鯨為歷史文化傳統的日本,
卻還在每年肆無忌憚地捕獵殘殺這些瀕臨絕種的物種。
日本打著"科學調研"的名號,
在南極洋這個公開海域,執行著每年捕獵1000 條鯨魚的計劃 - JARPA 項目。
日本部分小學給學生們制定的春遊路線,便是探訪鯨魚屠宰場,
小學生們觀看鯨魚被分塊的過程,中午吃著鯨魚肉漢堡。
他們頭上的小黃幅竟然和這些漁夫的小黃帽如出壹轍。
This is a protest.
Who should we criticize when the subject of this protest
is also an innocent victim?
這是壹個對於錯誤的世界觀的壹個抗議。
當這個抗議的主體是壹個無辜的受害者時,
我們應該批判的,是抗議內容指向的破壞者?
還是傳承錯誤世界觀給抗議者的傳承者?
